These are ah.maze.ing. We ate a batch and a half of them. So good and moist. Beware when you cook them they stay pretty gooey, they dont get "crispy" when they are done.
1-1/4 Cup Flour 3 teas. Baking powder 1 T. Sugar dash salt 1 Egg, beaten 2 T. Vegetable oil 1 Cup milk 6oz cream cheese, cubed 1 cup mixed berries (or just blueberries)
In a bowl combine the wet ingredients and cream cheese. Beat with a mixer til the cream cheese is a cottage cheese like consistancy. Add dry ingredients and stir. Add berries. Cook like normal. These do take a bit longer to cook, i think we left them on about 7-10 minutes.
