Brown #1 hamburger with 1/2 cup chopped onion. (the recipe calls for 1/2 cup chopped Green peppers too but I didnt have any). Also, Boil 2 cups worth of minute rice in a separate pan.
While those are cooking combine in a bowl
1 can Kidney beans, UNDRAINED
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Tomato soup
1/2 pkg Taco seasoning mix
Drain hamburger and rice and add to mixture.
Stir well and place in a oven safe dish or 8X10 pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes or so. (i actually only stir it at the 1/2 hour mark then again right before the timer goes off. )
Serve with Shredded cheese, salsa, Sour cream & Chips.
