Vegetable soup

I found this recipe on allrecipes.com and changed a few things to suit our taste. You can change the veggies out to suit your families taste.

Veggie Soup
1# Ground hamburger
1 46 oz. can Tomato juice
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 head Cabbage, chopped
2 or 3 carrots, chopped
2 large or 4 small potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 can green beans
1 can whole kernel corn

Fry hamburger until browned. Drain. Set aside. In a big pot pour in tomato juice and then take the empty can and fill with water. Add to tomato juice so its diluted. I did 1-1/2 cans of water because I thought it looked too thick yet . Add chopped veggies. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until veggies are tender. Add hamburger. Simmer another 10-20 minutes.

veggie soup is my favorite! i always use roast meat though.
